  • Provide your Order ID and a clear photo(s) showing the specific issue.

  • No Return Required: If your claim is approved, there is no need to return the faulty product. We will immediately process your replacement or refund.


Exchanges for Sizing & Color Issues (Our Commitment to You)

While we strongly encourage you to consult the detailed size guide on every product page before purchasing, we understand mistakes can happen. We believe your experience should be stress-free.

If you received your item and realize you need a different size or color variant, we will work with you to find a resolution:

  • Our Resolution: To ensure your happiness, we will review your request and may offer a one-time, complimentary replacement or store credit.

Shipping & Delivery

Missing or Lost Orders

If your tracking information stalls or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to find a resolution and ensure you get your items.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If a package is returned to us because the address you provided was incomplete or incorrect, we can re-ship it to the corrected address, but a small re-shipping fee will apply. Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund for the product cost only, as the original shipping fee is non-recoverable.
